      Responsible for Tracking Radar repair and operational performance during weapon tests. Also required to fix timing and television scoring systems. Also solved timing issues with data transfer to the main frame computers. Solved a telemetry issue in four days for a black project after engineering could not solve it in six months.

      Oversight of all instrumentation systems, microwave, radar, telemetry, HAMOTS, HUS, command destruct, surface threat systems, television scoring system, timing systems, power production units and vehicles on the 1.25 million acre Utah Test and Training Range. Oversight of 85 people at six locations. Wrote proposals for other test range acquisitions.

      Manage Scheduling, Communications, Targets, Deputy Chief of Maintenance (civilian) for Nellis Test and Training Range. Proposal Manager for Loral Aerospace for previous re-competition which won prior to being purchased by Lockheed Martin.
