  In FEG, my role is to execute and manage workforce planning (people, cost, HR related OPEX) in line with eligible business needs across FEG countries. On one hand, it is about reporting of Actual Workforce and Workforce Cost, on the other hand, it is planning of future development in both areas. This includes preparation of annual HR budget and monthly based forecasting. Among other areas I'm responsible also for preparation of monthly HR KVDs reporting (key value drivers) and its presentation on Group Management meetings. Show less
