      Member of a 4-person work crew primarily responsible for the installation of timber bridges in hazard sections of trail. Our work is accomplished through the use of primitive hand tools and back-packing to our work site destinations. Duties include practicing safe and responsible use of tools, mastering bridge construction techniques, knowledge of safe tree felling process, efficiently planning and executing project completion plans in the field. Notable projects completed include the successful installation of 15 sustainable timber bridges, performing stream restoration to remove flowing water from trails, restoring areas of trail which were heavily impacted by large scale flooding, removing 30 acres worth of plants which are invasive and harmful to the area. Our work is accomplished by using primitive hand tools and back-packing to our work site destinations. Duties include planning and leading the crew on 10 day work runs, properly utilizing time management to ensure work priorities are met, professionally handling disciplinary actions, scheduling transportation to and from the back country, ordering sufficient amounts of food for the crew, arranging food pick ups while we are in the back country. Notable projects completed include the installation of 3 timber bridges, restoring 0.6 mile worth of an existing trail to better suit crews who have pack animals, removing 35 acres worth of plants which are invasive and harmful to the area.       Member of a 6-person design team responsible for performing obsolescence engineering analysis relating to components and equipment used in a nuclear power facility. Our work is accomplished through researching, interpreting, and utilizing several component specific documents, drawings, and qualification reports. We conduct a thorough research process by searching multiple internal databases. We are responsible for providing analysis within all engineering discipline areas, prompting us to further our understanding of areas which we did not previously have experience with.Duties include delivering our findings and demonstrating our methodology by following a series of procedures which require us to complete various forms which comprise design change packages. Design change packages are completed with technical rigor and properly adhere to site specific procedures which are vetted and verified by qualified personnel. We extensively research equipment design and qualification requirements to ensure replacement equipment does not adversely impact the affected system(s). These design change packages contain information to update plant-system databases, communicate specific information to various departments, and updating plant equipment/system drawings. Notable completed projects include equivalency evaluations for: Nuclear Safety Related 51IM over-current relays, Quality Related 1.5 ton monorail hoist, Non-safety Related ½” to 2” diaphragm valves, Non-safety related limit switches.       Member of a diverse team dedicated to performing structural analyses of telecommunications towers. These analyses are requested by telecommunication companies of all sizes and require a swift service. Our work is accomplished by generating a finite element model and performing a structural analysis based on the provisions stated in applicable revisions of ANSI/TIA-222 code. We place great emphasis on creating an excellent customer service experience while doing the utmost to protect the integrity of our assets. Duties include delivering multiple accurate and high quality structural analyses on a daily basis. To complete structural analyses we utilize a variety of tower and foundation drawings, geotechnical reports, and applicable tower modification drawings. Additionally, our reports are completed by successfully implementing proprietary tools designed to analyze foundations, reinforced structural tower members, and soil properties in conjunction with the finite element structural analysis software.
