      •Clean up around the line(s) during shift if time allows and before you leave your shift.•Choose and wear the mandatory PPE required when working on a line including Hi-Vis uniform•Regular maintenance of personal half mask, full mask respirators, Ear, Eye and hand protection•Report any broken down, faulty equipment, low product stock and dangerous situations to my supervisor•Unstack and restack bags on skids coming off the line that are broken, light or overhanging•Remove any bags from the conveyor belts that are broken, light or heavy before entering the palletizer machine•Re hood any faulty skids coming out of the Hooding machine manually•Label and date all skids coming off the line with handwritten stickers•Operate and monitor the automated and manual wrapping machines•Operate and monitor production line equipment, computers, bag feeder trays, skid feeders, conveyors, Hooding machines•Monitor robotic arm bagging cell for bag jams, jammed spouts, dirty sensors, misplaced bags and overspill product build up. Preform full lock out tag out (Power, Air) on all caged cells, palletizer machines and hooding machines before entering to clean, service, unjam spouts, remove jammed bags, free up jammed skids.
