  HR Manger for one of Cybercom Groups largest regions. The role is divided in 3 areas, Regional level where I’m part of the executive management team, Swedish level and a global level. I’m driving, or participating in projects on all levels.As from March I’m also acting HR Manager for our Gothenburg office. My responsibility was to support the business on 3 sites and I also had the responsibility of the HR area “Development and Training” for Cybercom Sweden. Projects I worked on was a management program, our development process and strategies for competence development. HR Manger for one of Cybercom Groups largest subsidiaries. Overall responsible of HR, reporting to MD for the company and part of the management team. Cybercom made its largest acquisition, AuSystems AB when I started. I merged all benefits & working conditions, processes and developed new improved ways of working. Coaching and counselling managers and employees in difficult situations is of course an important part of my work.
