UK Government National Audit Office report recognised £4.5bn of procurement savings and the majority of contact provisions were adopted into the UK Government model ICT contract> International Health Terminology Standards Development Organisation (IHTSDO - now trading as SNOMED International) creation by working with the representatives of nine governments and the College of American Pathologists to create an affordable deal to host SNOMED CT®, a clinical terminology, for the benefit of world health. Responsibilities included: engineering, negotiating and executing a very complex Intellectual Property deal of eight inter-related agreements; creation of the first annual budget; and cooperation agreements to incorporate clinical content.> Airwave - providing commercial and financial advice relating to Airwave’s bid for the Emergency Services Network (ESN), a cross government procurement for the provision of digital voice and mobile data communications services for the emergency services.> HMRC - Aspire Replacement Programme - to replace an £800m p.a.
