  Embarked on and completed the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Course. Posted to the Central Manpower Base (CMPB) and took charge of medical screenings for Pre-enlistees. Pioneered a team to gather feedback and suggest improvements to the process of the Medical Center. Took charge of designing posters to visually help with the workflow of the Centre.
