  Collaborated with Chairman and Group CFO in risk management of Wind Turbine life cycle, which entailed predictive modeling of fault rates and costs associated over a 20 year period. Built in intelligence accepted by insurance markets for pricing of warranty covers.Strategic directions given for globalization. The position entailed capturing global exposures across various regions and then assimilating them into insurance programs that seamlessly cater to the needs of the corporation and removed redundancies from long term sustainability. Substantial savings of US$ 30Mn were achieved in premiums and claims.With 5 continents and approx 30 locations, the key art was to understand the uniqueness in which the perils, affect the operations and putting them into perspective to have optimal solutions through the insurance or ART route. Leadership in handling unique challenges posed for Global Programs operability and resolved effectively, from India. The biggest challenge was to have an integrated program and yet have legal compliance in different jurisdictions. Behind which followed a robust claims management program put in place so that there is seamless coordination and gaps are hedged.Experienced thourough understanding of management of Global Property, D&O, CGL, Marine, Reverse Credit, Warranty insurance covers.Analysed and developed robust Standard Operating procedures for insurance and claims management globally.Developed web based, five language internal insurance risk management program.Management of this position was accentuated by my previous experiences in Re-insurance, overseas eight year in Hong Kong and the strong foundation laid through the Fellowship of the insurance Institute of India.
