  Providing day-to-day support in an outsourced call centre environment to almost 400 staff across departments like customer services, sales, renewals and credit control. This role also focused on continuously improving the development of the staff and lean processes in place for the brokerage selling and administering Motor insurance. My main role was centered on New Business & Renewals - to ensure SLA's were met, processes were compliant and that customer satisfaction was achieved through proper call handling and first call resolution. Maintaining and developing relationships with the campaign managers who were employed by the outsourcing company was also a key element to the role which I found rewarding to see their skills flourish.
