Successfully achieved the operational of 53 team file plans within council’s eDOCS system by 1st April 2016.  Managed multiple, conflicting priorities and met deadlines. Successfully established and maintained strong business relationships with service managers and stakeholders by regular meetings of project progress, providing advice and where necessary re-negotiate tasks. Procured a third party training provider within budget of £80K. Successfully completed a comprehensive risk and impact assessment, and evaluated five companies and recommended the contract with Happy Ltd. User feedback, 8/10 praised Happy Ltd for future training. Organised training sessions for 700 plus employees. Successfully arranged set up of three training facilities, IT equipment, training schedules and on-site support at 14 locations.  Implemented new folders in eDOCS and arranged the closure existing shared drives. Successfully worked with internal teams and coordinated and scheduled the build of file plans and security permissions. Show less
