Responsibilities included pitch and tender writing; client and supplier liaison; site planning and design; scheduling; procurement; management of budgets, staffing, and health & safety (including writing event management plans, risk assessments, and licensing).Personal highlights during this role include:Cancer Research UK ‘R UV UGLY?’ Tour - Unity PR I was the Event Manager for a 2-city tour, which offered free UV skin scan assessments in a bespoke photo booth. The role consisted of client management; sourcing high footfall locations; all logistical issues; technical management; H&S management; contractor and crew liaison.‘Day in the Park’ Tour - London Legacy Development CorporationI managed the tour of a bespoke photo booth that promoted the new look of the Olympic Park to the local community. This included client management; design and construction of the activation; sourcing and managing all technical aspects; location liaison; as well as booking and briefing all promo staff. British Gas ‘We’re Listening’ Tour - Blue RubiconIn response to the brief, we designed and built a bespoke 9m x 3m living room / kitchen, which toured nine locations across the UK. I was the event coordinator; responsible for sourcing / liaising with potential locations; contractor / crew liaison; and managing the bespoke build.Aviva ‘You Are the Big Picture’ – Blue Rubicon I coordinated this celebrity photographer activation on London’s South Bank, where we built a bespoke photography studio, complete with a luxurious waiting room and registration booth.       I produced these multi-award winning festivals from start to finish, managing the creative production of over 100 venues, across 3 festivals. Responsibilities included managing budgets, liaising on creative designs, scheduling, accreditation, and managing the interns / onsite volunteers. I managed all production aspects, for a new sustainable arts and music festival in Thailand. There were many challenges, such as the delayed shipping of the main tents (arriving 2 days before we opened), but I kept us on schedule, working with the Thai Army to help us open on time. This job entails coordinating production for all installations, venues, décor, art works, sponsor activations and 5 of the music stages for this 40,000 capacity ticketed music festival; liaising closely with the programmers, site and event management departments, particularly to agree schedules and procurements for plant, vehicles, décor, scaffolding, signage, crew, staging, sound, lighting, furniture and catering and to collectively ensure that these items are delivered to budget.
