The property consists of 3 buildings, a 1400 car parking garage, multiple parking lots, 20+ acres of turf, and over 3 acres of ornamental bedding. All maintenance was accomplished by in house staff of 3 full time employees with limited contracted resources.

  Hire, train, delegate assignments and manage staff throughout all aspects of grounds maintenance and construction.Develop and manage annual operating budget for the grounds ($1.2 million) and properties ($450,000)Responsible for all facility vehicle and equipment procurement.Drive cost savings through inventory control, sourcing and supplier management in regards to all grounds related supplies and materials.Project manager for renovations of Graduate properties that included windows, siding, roofs, kitchens, bathrooms and all associated electrical and plumbing updates.Oversee and manage all outside contract vendors and associated invoicing and budgetary coding.Direct all cleaning and repairs of Undergraduate Residential Halls during shutdown of campus at the start of pandemicOversee all maintenance of sports fields and ensure readiness prior to athletic contests.Work closely with front office to administer work orders using Schooldude software.Act as liaison between the facilities department and other departments across campus.
