  all the materials bought for our Construction sites and all plant hire used on the Sites have to be paid for. When invoices are received I check them against what we have used on the Sites for quantity and price. If all is correct I authorise them and send them to accounts to be paid. If they are not correct I send out query letters to say why we are witholding payment until the query has been resolved. All requisitions and Purchase Orders that were received and raised in our department and all paperwork that arrived from Sites I had to file in the appropriate place in conjunction with the I M S procedures. I filed all these in the appropriate lever arch files & I also archived all Procurement documents.. I also help run our supply chain of sub-contractors , inputting the appraisals I receive from our Site Managers, along with assessing the criteria for Potential supply chain candidates. I have spent alot of time on a Construction Site, as a temporary Site Administrator. Show less
