  - Developed an ongoing process to bill Medicaid for ~200 clients per month with Excel, to have a consistent funding source for the Medical Case Management department.- Edited and created fillable intake documents that reduced mistakes and cut down completion time by 15-30 minutes, in order to connect clients to Lifelong services.- Supervised a team of case managers providing ongoing support and training to help them succeed in their position.- Hired, onboarded, conducted reference checks for new staff, and conducted employee evaluations.- Managed the Ryan White Transportation Program to provide HIV+ clients reliable transportation to their medical appointments. Verified and inputted information into the database for monthly reporting to funders.- Completed quarterly reports for funders, ensuring the accuracy of client information in our database to demonstrate we were serving our clients per our contracts.
