During my 6 months internship at the Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, I was in charged of arrivals and departures guest from the airport to the resort, the check in and the escort to the bungalows or villas. During this internship, I was part of the embark program (for the new Four Seasons employees), and l did a cross training in conciergerie.
