(Modification, translation if needed). • Modifying the model of contracts – if needed- and keep them on computer. • Following up that the work is going smoothly among all the departments by following up the performance of Secretaries & Representatives. • Typing & preparing letters for the General Manager, and for the Chairman. • Make reservations of airlines tickets & hotels for the General Manager. • Following up the appointments on the General Manager Calendar. • Organize using the meeting room to avoid any contradict with G.M. appointments. • Order the printing of letterhead, envelopes and business cards.• Following up the stationery needs for the office and revise the quantities required by the departments - purchase requests - before ordering the stuffs. • Get offers and make comparison when need to buy machines, furniture ……etc. • Submit the offers to be approved by the G.M. or approve on behalf of him. • Responsible on the performance of secretaries, representatives & office boys. • Responsible on all the mobile numbers of the employees as I am the authorized person to deal with Mobinil.• Make interviews for secretaries and representatives - if required – by all the departments.
