    Hi I'm currently working as National sales head (Call center) for Personal Loans, managing over 150 agents + support staff based out of multiple regional call centre providing diversification and cost benefit. Responsible for end to end call center operations from- Data management, Campaign governance and management, Lead and business conversion, Agent training and development, Cost control management, Rewards and recognition, Proces and project delivery. My stint here has taught me to be versatile and flexible enough to manage different roles and profiles. Prior to this, I was Product Head for personal loan. Here I was responsible for P&L, new product launch, new capability implementation, Monthly MD deck, etc. Before that I have worked for 3 years in Business Process Re-engineering function wherein was part of critical projects for the company with the objective of Process improvement and Cost save. Awards and accolades- Have been fortunate enough to be awarded the top most accolade there is 'Excelsior Awards in Bajaj Finance, twice in 2020 and 2016 resp. Apart from this, have received many awards like Supers Hero, Hero of the month, Sprinter, etc. Education Qualification- Have completed MBA in Marketing from Birla Institute of Management, Greater Noida in 2015. Prior to that complete engineering in electronics and telecommunication. Looking for an opportunity in Digital Sales/ Consultation/Cross sell that allows me to use my experience and learning of Call centre slaes, Product and Project management and widen my field of work. I enjoy playing Badminton and Football, trekking, camping trips, etc.
