Expertly replaced two senior executives to lead a dynamic organization during a tumultuous period in the high-paced environment of international diplomacy. Exceeded operational and reporting requirements while short-staffed and immersed with U.S. Ambassador in sensitive negotiations with host country.• Professor and Course Director for U.S. Air Force Academy’s core courses in American Government and International Relations responsible for 12 instructors teaching over 800 students each semester. Served as the Faculty Development and Research Director, and Director of Budgeting, managing three departmental and divisional budgets.
