      • As Acting Defense and Air Attaché, served as senior defense and political-military affairs advisor to U.S. Ambassador and U.S. Mission Budapest. Expertly replaced two senior executives to lead a dynamic organization during a tumultuous period in the high-paced environment of international diplomacy. Exceeded operational and reporting requirements while short-staffed and immersed with U.S. Ambassador in sensitive negotiations with host country.• Professor and Course Director for U.S. Air Force Academy’s core courses in American Government and International Relations responsible for 12 instructors teaching over 800 students each semester. Served as the Faculty Development and Research Director, and Director of Budgeting, managing three departmental and divisional budgets. Consistently rated in the top 95th percentile in supervisor and student evaluations. Developed and presented African Politics and Comparative National Security Strategy curriculum. • Combat commander of B-52 aircrew in 1991 OPERATION DESERT STORM. As Chief, Bomber Standardization/Evaluation, led 20-man evaluation organization responsible for the quality control and proficiency evaluations of over 200 crewmembers and related training programs.
