  I led client service teams to deliver significant impact for our clients and manage senior client relationships for several major pharmaceutical and healthcare institutions. For several years, I led McKinsey's Pharmaceutical Organization Practice globally and in the Americas region. From 2015-2018, I also served as our Firm's Chief of Staff, and from 2018-2021, I served as our Chief Learning Officer. I led our firm-wide Learning teams to define and execute our global Learning strategy, and oversaw our portfolio of Learning programs for all McKinsey colleagues globally. I supported our Global Managing Partner and Firm Operating Committee to define and execute a portfolio of strategic initiatives, and provided oversight to several of our core Firm processes and governance bodies.
