The company has customers like Honda Siel, Maruti Suzuki Ltd., Hyundai, Mahindra & Mahindra, etc. And few of the upcoming projects includes that of Volks-Wagon and Crystler Group.Job Responsibilities :3-D Modeling,2-D Drafting of door latches of various four wheelers including plastic and sheet metal components. Advanced Assemblies, Detailing using Catia-V5, Auto-Cad.Modifications in existing design based on customer requirement.Design of inspection fixtures for quality control of various components of door latch.Preparing product development based documentation like APQP, PPAP, FMEA.Product samples preparation as per the specified tolerancing and other characteristics for their approval from the customer.Inspection of various models door latches (dimensional accuracy and their strokes) during Initial flow control process with the help of various inspection instruments like profile projector, height gauge, vernier caliper, push-pull gauge, micrometer, etc.Special Achievements:Member of a special team of 3 persons, under direct guidance of Japanese advisor (U-SHIN, Japan).
