  Senior Mechanical Project Engineer (Design & Execution)

  Design & Verification of Airconditiong, Ventilation, Chilled water system, Hot & Coldwater system and Sprinkler system for fire protection in compliance with design briefs and codes.The facilities designed covers Hospital, Commercial complex, Residential premises and Office spaces.Coordinate Mechanical Services with other disciplines and oversee,review,check and supervise the production of drawing from design to as built stages.Prepare material submittals ,Coordinate with the site supervisors and consultant to provide design clarifications,evaluate and incorporate design change requests within the limitations of scope of works.Participate in various design and execution meetings for the effective implementation of the design and installation of the systems. Conduct surveys for retrofit projects, price and submit reports.Monitor and oversee progress of project ensuring timely and effective project execution as per the project contractual requirements.Provide guidance to team members, direct and supervise the work schedule.Prepare and review shop drawings , materials submittals, drawings & materials schedules etc for services ie.,Airconditioning system, Fire fighting system and Plumbing systems,Planning & performing all QA/QC activities and ensuring the quality control as per the project contractual requirements. Maintaining all QC Records (Inspection Requests, Materials & Installation Inspection Check sheets, Method statements, Submittals(materials and drawing), Field Test Records, NCR’s, Snag lists etc.) at site. Review all inspection reports for compliance, Measure project milestones. Review contractor daily, weekly and monthly progress reports,Identifying NCRs/Defects/Snags and Follow-up with construction team for effective Corrective & Preventive action on the same.
