      Since 2008 I'm attached to Network operation center transmission division. I suppose to monitor the entire transmission network island wide and do the first level troubleshooting for the faults and guide the region teams to minimize the down time of the network. Also generate reports related to the each NMS monthly which leads us to monitor the network proactively. Also second level support for traffic rerouting and commissioning new traffic paths. With the past experience from 2016 I'm been working for customer field support services. In this as a team I'm involved in improving out installation & teams quality with standardizing installation methods for each and every customer service access systems. its been a great help for me to quickly adopt to the new job role with the past experience at network operation center in different Microwave links & fiber services.
