  During my six weeks at Ellisdon as a Virtual Design Construction Intern, I learnt a whole host of applications I would not have known to pickup this early in my career development. I learnt about the various services provided through virtual design and gained a lot of experience using software like: Revit to model, to document and to collaborate with members of different disciplines; Enscape to render and improve workflow; and Navisworks to detect clashes and manage a timeline. The entire experience has left me confident in my software use and has advanced my comprehension of how a workplace functions. I am grateful to all the members of the VDC team for their mentoring and guidance and feel that I have imbibed a lot from my peers and superiors. Show less
