      Coordinating the transition of 3 major processes from Japan and India, implementing and standardizing them according to stakeholders’ requirements, taking into account the specificities of the European markets- Spain, Italy, Germany, and France.Establish the KPI for the processes according to the Company goals, digitalize the reporting by creating the necessary systems to centralize the data in order to offer visibility for the upper management – from Share point to Excel reports and Power BI.Developing, implementing and maintaining quality across processes by taking into consideration the feedback from the stakeholders and putting in place the needed tools for evaluation - 36% of the team members were Top Tiers and the avg.
