      Assisted the Associate Peace Corps Director in charge of the Community Health Project in managing, facilitating and organizing all aspects of the project. Counselled 23 health volunteers in the field on cultural, language, and bureaucratic difficulties. Traveled throughout Gabon on "site-visits" in order to give technical, administrative and moral support. Planned and executed In-Service Training's. Co-authored the "Health Notes" newsletter.       Worked as a recruiter for a USAID funded Population-Environment Fellows Program that placed master-level graduates with international development organizations.Managed a $20K recruitment budget to visit top-tier Population and Environment universities throughout the USA to market, vet, and present graduate students to an external board for selection into the program. - Worked closely with the program manager in matching pool candidates with host agency requests.- Worked with working-groups ranging in size from 4 to 34. - Planned, implemented and attended two $30K Fellow's workshops in Katmandu, Nepal, and Quito, Ecuador. - Managed, hired, trained & evaluated several part/full-time staff.       Designed, wrote and implemented an international gaming/scenario in order for 50+ Compton Fellows in three different disciplines of population, environment and peace to come together and be able to work among disciplines in solving international problems in a unique and collaborative way. The scenario was facilitated during the Compton Fellows Annual Workshop in Shelby, MI in conjunction with the University of Michigan, American Youth Foundation, University of Minnesota, and others.
