  As a Customer Service Representative, I was responsible for solving and reporting issues via the Menu Log/Uber Eats system. My role incorporates contacting Menulog/Uber Advisors to resolve stock issues in demand and offering and selling substitute products to consumers. I report back to the advisors with a solution fulfilling the required KPI of resolving 30 issues per day. As part of my role, I have been trained to upsell certain products focusing on higher costs by offering additional purchases to these products.
