  I coordinate all communications in and out of the Squadron. I also handle confidential information and maintain Personnel Files. I also handle promotions and demotions and awards and decorations. I also audit all components of the squadron for National Compliance and report directly to the Squadron Commander. I also handle Adult Education (Professional Development). I am a Seasoned Facilitator when needed for training. In total I’ve done 17 yrs not to include a large break for life and moving around.   Here I earned my Master Rating in both Administration/Personnel. I also earned my Senior Rating in Operations. I also graduated Magna Cum Laude in the country in the folowing; NERSC (2001), CLC,SLS. I also took courses at the AIr University Command Correspondence Course. I know that this was volunteer but it was structured and you actually had to put in the time to acquire any position let alone any certification. This program was regulated under DOD and the USAF. CAP falls into the Chain of Command right under the Air National Guard but above ROTC. Here I was not only Command Rated and Certified; I also evaluated all components of the Squadron for National Compliance every 6months and then Issued Directives to bring all departments into compliance to be scrutinized by Wing Level IG. All paperwork and correspondence went through my office. I also kept track of all Cadet's and Senior Member's promotion and or demotion schedules. Broaden the scope of disabling conditions even if they weren't getting SSD Checks from the government.
