  Master's Thesis: Optimized nanofluid minimum quantity lubrication for improved tool life during turning of inconel 718.Nanofluids obtained from vegetable oil and Graphene nanoplatelets were studied for MQL applications during turning of Inconel alloys. The goal was to evaluate the concentration and flow rate on the tool life, surface roughness, tribology and chip morphology was observed.For each lubrication condition a series of turning test were executed, after each test the tool wear and surface roughness were studied using optical profilometry and SEM imaging.The characterization of the wear was conducted not only according to ISO 3685 defined parameters, but also through 3D reconstruction and evaluation of the wear volume.   Feasibility study and design of space missions as part of a Team of 31 European Space Engineering students. Two main studies were the focus of such project:A Crewed Mars ascent and descent vehicle and European Commercial Space Station in Low Earth Orbit.This project is part of the SpacE Exploration and Development Systems (SEEDS) Master, supported by the European Space Agency. It is composed of 2 months in each university: University of Leicester (UK), Politecnico di Torino (Italy), and ISAE Supaero (Toulouse), under the tutoring of the Italian Space Agency, Thales Alenia Space and the European Space Agency.During the first phase, hosted by the University of Leicester, acted as Project Manager for the Crewed Marss Lander, acting as coordinator for the team, activity planning and baseline mission context and definition analysis.
