Active member of the Art club and participated in the Jumpstart program which allowed me to complete 30 college credits during my Junior and Senior year of high school, as such entering College a full semester ahead of my peers. 1 of 15 students chosen out of a 1500+ student body to represent my school in the Accreditation for Growth project. Yearbook editor during my Junior and Senior year.

      - Acts as primary point of contact for the planning and execution of all tradeshow logistics at the Choice Hotels Annual Convention (6,500+ attendees); Responsibilities included: managing exhibitor registration process, developing communications and promotional materials for 300+ exhibitors; working directly with several key vendors and internal stakeholders before, during and after to ensure a successful, on-budget event; and the coordination and implementation of over $2M in sponsorships.- Collaborates daily with the Partner Services Account Managers to guarantee all contractual sponsorships and tradeshow booths are fulfilled, as well as the Business Development team to increase incremental booth and sponsorship sales. This resulted in an 8% increase in sponsorships, a 41% increase in incremental booth sales contributing to a 12% increase in total exhibitor booth revenue, amounting to an overall Convention Tradeshow revenue increase of 10% YoY, totaling 4.5M dollars.- Maintains and ensures our $900K Convention General Services Contactor MSA was executed properly. Saved the company thousands by catching overage costs, renegotiating more favorable contract terms and ensuring on-time payments to guarantee our post-show incentives were fulfilled.- Provides similar planning and execution duties as listed above for meetings/tradeshows at the Annual Winter Sales and Services Meeting, six Fall Regional Meetings across the U.S., Annual Ascend Owners Meeting, and our CHIEF prominent client event. All of which, had an overall revenue increase of 10-30% over the previous year and the highest effectiveness survey results to date.- Plans other internal and external facing events including support for Cambria brand grand openings and the Partner Services department international incentive trip.
