The company then paid for me to move to Whittier , California to open my own Sales office & hire / train everyone from reps to receptionist. Throughout the 6 months my office was open I worked closely with over 30 employees with 5 of them averaging between $15k-$20k in their own personal sales. Finishing out the summer we closed at over $90k in total office sales, ending in the top 6 for all Branch sales. As the new Sales Manager of our division office I worked closely with the division manager running the day to day duties of the office allowing the manager to focus on the many other districts within our division. Being in the head office we also have very high expectations & during my years working as the Sales Manager I did everything from train receptionist, hire / train new reps, and also developing those reps to potentially become Assistant Managers & more throughout their career with Cutco.
