And since it merged with Epiroc (former Atlas Copco) in January 2019, Fordia become the number one in its field.Our plant in Changzhou is one of the key of the success.Same as our mother plant in Montreal, we are producing Diamond tools, such as bits, casing shoe, reaming shells, locking coupling and adaptor coupling. We are producing also the best quality of core lifter parts (spring, broached/fluted, case, stop ring) and a lot of accessories for core extraction.As we are growing, there are plenty of challenges in front of us, in term of capacity, inventories, Make or Buy decision, subcontractors development, Human resources, LEAN, 5S and EHS.
