Oversee up to 60 troops depending upon the mission and manage inventories for over 18.5K commercial shipping containers. Gathered and analyzed information to provide thorough reports on the amount of equipment and supplies moved through ports of Afghanistan and briefed senior leadership such as, generals, ambassadors, and army secretaries on problem areas. Oversaw a company of 120 Soldiers and $3.5M dollars of equipment, leading training and establishing a positive and collaborative environment to ensure maximum state of readiness for all soldiers.
