      I. Customer Communications Development Define, lead, execute and manage the ongoing creation of integrated customer communications across all distribution and service channels and all social medias. Develop customer-centric marketing strategy and membership programs for various customer segments based on the customer insights through customer data analysis.  Create and manage customer communications that are informed by, and leverage, customers insights from previous research, NPS results, AIG China brand tracker as well as from product development research. Develop a social communications strategy that covers the full customer lifecyle from acquisition, growth, retention and service.II.
