  Rob leads the Oxford Office Team of Scientists and Engineers to provide water resource planning, environmental engineering and bespoke asset management solutions. Rob has over 30 years’ experience gained by working for two leading UK civil engineering consultancies, preceded by five years’ experience at Hydraulic Research.He has a wide breadth of specialism, particularly in Water Resource Management Planning (WRMP), and has used these skills to lead multi-disciplinary teams in WRMPs, including technical leadership of WRMP09, 14 & 19 options appraisal. Rob and his team have also developed Company-level distribution modelling skills that provide Strategy and Planning support.Rob and his team applied cutting-edge adaptation planning techniques in a project that received an award at the 2019 annual Institute of Asset Managers awards. Rob is currently using his strategic planning and extensive water engineering experience in Drainage and Waste Management Planning. He has experience in the planning, design, cost estimating and construction of, Potable Water, Surface Water and Wastewater Schemes. Recently Rob has been Technical Leader of multidisciplinary teams involved in Water Resource Management Planning, Asset Assurance and Resilience.Throughout his career Rob has worked for many of the Water Utility Companies, UKWIR, Environment Agency, Network Rail, TfL, Coal Authority and MoD.
