  Mr. Simbulan is a Project Engineer with the firm with primary responsibility in the design of various projects involving drainage and sanitary sewer, Hydrologic studies (TR-55, HEC series): design of storm retention/detention facilities, general civil site work: site grading and roads, and water supply system. His involvement also extends to preparation of permits for DEQ Earthmoving and Erosion Control, the Coastal Resources Management (CRM), Historic Preservation Office (HPO), the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and US Department of the Army.Mr. Simbulan liaises with clients and sub consultants to plan, manage, design and supervise the design or construction of projects. He work as part of a team of engineers/experts and communicate ideas to the other specialists on the project such as the Architect, Geotechnical, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.
