  Responsible for providing engineering solutions, technical and commercial support for projects of Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore, Rawalpindi and all Northern region for Electric Power, Marine, Oil & Gas, and Governmental customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Selection and sizing:- - Genset sizing and optimization of load with CATERPILLAR sizing tools and software - Developing SLDs, operation philosophy and truth tables for controls of power plant - Power cable sizing, preparing control cable schedule for switchgear and control panel - Preparation of customized specs of control panel, power panel, vet the drawings/schematics - Cooling system designing and sizing for heat exchangers, cooling towers, remote radiators etc. - Exhaust system designing and sizing for dry and wet exhaust systemsLayout development:-- Autocad plan layout, foundation of gensets and other items, electrical cables and mechanical piping ducting items placement drawings through draughtsmanPlanning and Execution:-- Planning of complete order placement, lead times, shipment arrangement, local work orders, managing execution of projects etc. - Developing schedule to meet project time lines - Develop scope clearly as per stated BOQ in the proposal - Budgeting cost and estimating materials and man hours requiredSupervising installation works:-- Train the Installation Engineer before site installation activity in order to make him full command control. - Conduct necessary installation audit with installation team and handing over all necessary drawings, connections, handover and make them understand the full system for installation.
