  As Quality Assurance Manager, my role begins with risk assessing all inbound ingredients, suppliers (audits) and internal processes. The risks identified are controlled by the monitoring plans implemented and maintained by myself. I also supervise a small QC lab where I ensure the equipment being used is calibrated and the employees are trained. My role also includes internal auditing of our HACCP and industry programs.
