Thermocole as a Component for Hitachi Air Conditioners and Godrej Refrigerators. T.V Packaging Buffers for Onida, Videocon, Akai, TCL, L.G, Pharmaceutical Packing for Torrent, Cadila, Wockhardt, Sun Pharma. , Abbott, Chiron Vaccines. Washing Machine packaging Buffers for Godrej & L.G. Handled customer complaints and provide solution for the same. Mould Development for packaging Material by AutoCAD & Solid Works as Pattern Design, Casting, Machining First Part Approval – Mass production on approval for above products. Scheduled Production planning by loading unloading, Die – Moulds on Semi Auto, Fully Auto, PLC Controlled Pneumatic and Hydraulic Machines Controlled by Preventive Maintenance of Moulds and Machines Operated by Solenoid Controlled Valves. Change in Plant Layout Design Erection, Commissioning of the Machines. Successfully implemented Quality Management System.
