  I worked as a 'Genetic Counsellor' in the reporting team at Redcliffe Genetics. My role primarily involved clinical variant interpretation of NGS data as per ACMG 2015 guidelines and genetic counselling with the findings. As part of the team, I was also responsible for reporting and counselling of Karyotyping, CMA, FISH, Sanger sequencing & various other genetic reports.

  I am currently offering genome analysis services to clients. This involves critically evaluating and interpreting genetic sequence variation identified through diagnostic or predictive NGS genetic testing based on the clinical relevance of genes to human disease and their pathogenicity, as per ACMG 2015 guidelines to arrive at classification for variants. To date, I have independently done tertiary analysis and reporing for over 1000+ WES cases and 200+ somatic samples.
