  Working as a system engineer and system team leader. System team consisted of 12 system engineers. Work was based on developing baseband algorithm design, radio channel simulations and statistical analysis. Tools/Technologies: 3G/4G, Matlab, C/C++, GIT, Agile, Scrum, MS Office. As a project manager I was leading a multisite project, having daily communication with different customer sites, controlling the budget, time and quality. Project consisted of software developers and test engineers located in Sweden and India. Work was done in close cooperation with the customer who was situated in India and some parts in Sweden. I have been working within telecommunication area with LTE and WCDMA Physical Layer development.I have been doing algorithm implementation in Matlab and C++ for a 3G simulator + and target fixed point Texas Instruments DSP implementation using C programming language.
