  Working as a Unit Commander / Security Head, I mitigated the security and administration to counter acts of terrorism and espionage at various Hyper Sensitive Installations. I organized Joint Mock Exercise involving Police, Civil Administration, Intelligence agencies, Special Task Force of the State Police, Fire Brigade, Health Dept. and NSG having observers from Army. I conducted Bomb Disposal Course, handled operational and administrative aspects of Aero India – 2015 at Bangalore and organized 1st CISF All India Handball Tournament in the unit in 2014. Show less

  I headed security and administration of 4 Mines units located in LWE affected area of Jharkhand, Odisha, having a strength of 975 personnel. I designed and implemented security policy, collected and shared intelligence with well co-ordination, evolved disaster response policies, contingency plan and its regular joint exercise ensuring high level of operational preparedness.I implemented security and safety strategies, identified unsafe conditions which could save a company’s personnel and equipment from injuries, ensured safety of high-value assets and information of nation, resolved complex security & vigilance issues, theft controls and provided expert advisory services in counter insurgency environments.I enhanced security systems, resolved commonly encountered security problems including emergence of unrest, front line / combat operations against insurgents as well as of external dangers of unidentified organizations/ elements aiming towards destructing the peace.   Looking after the Security administration of 51 Metro Stations, 2 Major Depots At present and soon added with another 33 Stations and 2 Depots including Security Operation, Administration and Finance aspects of about 1500 Private Security Personnel from 06 different Security Agencies. Supervising a sanctioned strength of 1000 State Home Guards and 75 Officers retired from Police and Defence services. A strength of 300 Officers and Staff of Karnataka State Industrial Security Force including QRT is also under the Operational Supervision including the Fire System. Developing and implementing Security policy, Standards & Procedures, Co-ordinating with Intelligence Bureau , Internal Security Division of the State and other Government Agencies on regular basis and conducting regular Joint exercises/ Mock Drill.Functioning as Liaison Officer of BMRCL Disaster Management.
