   Respond to customer queries and to keep up a strong relation. Prepare documents for scheduled import / export. Take care of each and every shipment even from the beginning to the end which includes ETA check until issuing GRN’s. To arrange trucks for import / export considering the type of product & volume it occupies. Issuing racking lists or picking lists to the floor for imports & exports. To apply documents for imports/exports in various govt. bodies like customs, municipalities etc. To maintain daily/weekly reports and to send it to customer on daily/weekly basis. Provide freight service for re-export containers. Coordinating with other concerned departments for customer. Maintaining a record for all the sales & purchase receipts and retrieving them as and when required.
