  I recruit trained staff to lead groups of our children that range from the ages of 2 to 6 years of age. The majority of our clients are students that are furthering their education at the Aboriginal Centre. I enroll new students and their children. I set scheduling, collect payments, and guide staff to ensure that they are following the correct daycare regulations as set by the Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care.
