  As a Talent Partner at Randstad Australia, I was responsible for strategically managing our internal end to end recruitment process. A critical part of my responsibilities was nurturing strong relationships among candidates, our recruitment team, and key stakeholders and hiring managers within the organisation. Serving as a strategic advisor and facilitator, I prioritised ensuring that Randstad attracted and hired the best in market candidates that aligned with Randstads culture and mission. Whilst in this role, I am most proud of leading the attraction and recruitment efforts for our national Talent Academy, achieving intake numbers despite challenges in a candidate-short market due to COVID and visa restrictions. The Talent Academy focused on attracting sales professionals and persuading them to transition into a new career in the recruitment sector. This initiative significantly addressed a critical talent shortage within our organisation. I also developed, implemented and facilitated Randstads career development coaching workshops and one on one coaching conversations in order to enhance Randstads employee engagement, internal mobility and turnover.
