  Came from an office job to work at Smedegaard as a Internal Sales Engineer, with no experience in the industry at all. Learnt very quickly with a lot of a guidance from the experienced heads in the office, and became Senior Sales Engineer in 2013. Decided on a change of scenery/address and left the Sales Office in Somerset to fill the vacant Area Sales Manager's position in 2014.I am a big believer in providing the best possible service to make sure the customer is happy, I am currently returning all quotations from home, normally of an evening when I get home from my appointments.
