  As Volunteer Recruitment & Partnerships Manager my work was focused on making the Little Village volunteering programme accessible to wide groups of volunteers, developing partnerships, and ensuring the organisation had enough volunteers to fulfil operational needs across multiple sites and including remote roles.I managed and worked collaboratively with the Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator to refine recruitment processes, always with a view to increasing accessibility and safer recruitment practices.
