Led 19 IT help desk technicians; oversaw two major Operating System changes for 5,000 assets. Maintained $2.5M Nortel MSL-100 telephone switch; provided services supporting war readiness posture. Maintained Nortel telephone switches in various locations encompassing Anchorage, Alaska; Dayton, Ohio; Osan, Korea and Tacoma, Washington.
