Planned, facilitated, and oversaw 3 Aviation Battalion Aerial Gunneries (400 Soldiers, 26 aircraft), supervising a staff of 12 Soldiers and 4 Airmen to ensure deployment readiness. Unified public relationships with US Coast Guard and Canadian military affiliates. Platoon Leader of 6 Pilots and 16 mechanics. Responsible for 4 UH60L Black Hawks valued at $32M. Designer of an Aircrew Training Program (60 members) Planned, coordinated, and executed >150 Air Mission Requests ranging from tactical air assaults to Bambi Bucket (firefighting) operations. Collaborated with U.S. Embassy, senior military leaders, and NATO partners during Operation Resolute Support in Afghanistan. Responsible for the coordination and execution of all rotary wing operations across 5 outstations. Tracked and responded to over 400 missions amongst 35 aircraft. Directed 6 Army and Air Force personnel responsible for real-time coordination of combat flight operations.
