      • Oversees and implements all aspects of the first-year mentoring programs for all engineering students including those in the engineering living-learning communities. This includes support for the upper-class leaders who help manage the program and supervision & support of a graduate student who organizes the upper-class leaders• Oversees and implements two residential living-learning communities for men & women first-year students and upper-class leaders• Leads and supports a team of Graduate Teaching Assistants who instruct multiple sections of the first-year courses for the living-learning communities• Leads and supports a team of upper-class leaders who serve as Teaching Assistants for the sophomore level leadership development course for the living-learning community• Managing the collaboration with Residential Life staff for the engineering living-learning communities• Supervising and supporting a team of graduate students responsible for the maker space lab in the residence hall for the living-learning communities• Manage the relationships with corporate and community partners for student programming events such as career fairs, professional development workshops, and maker space hands-on activities• Managing the budgets and reports for the mentoring programs and living-learning communities• Advises and counsels students which includes all aspects of student-centered undergraduate advising from the first year to degree attainment including academic skill development, academic, and student conduct issues and degree plan progress Show less
