  Being promoted to checkout supervisor has been an incredible learning experience for me. It has given me the opportunity to pick up more skills and begin developing my leadership skills. As a supervisor, my role entails managing breaks, selling lotto, approving sales of liquor and restricted goods, doing morning reports and opening the store. Working at Countdown has been an amazing opportunity to give quality customer service and push me outside my comfort zone. My role entails teamwork and hands-on skills like scanning, packing, and cleaning.
